The BIGGEST & HARDEST lesson I've learnt about trusting the wisdom in my heart for life directions is...

Dearest all,

The biggest lesson I've learnt so far from trusting my heart for life direction - is that life often doesn't unfold as you thought it would.. AND... the hardest thing to do when it's looking different, is to: keep trusting... keep trusting.

As they say, it's really not more complicated then that. And, it's as hard as that.

Today, as we near this alchemical time at the end of the year. And as we draw close, and perhaps turn our attention to reflect on what gifts and learnings 2024 brought us, I wanted to share some wishes in my heart with you....

May 2025 be an expression of all the beauty in your heart. And may the closing of 2024 offer you deep glimmers into the beautiful human you are.

Collectively, may the beauty and wisdom in our hearts shine so powerfully that we each cannot but trust it;

And may the exquisite uniqueness of our soul be allowed their full expression in this life time;

And overtime, may we each come to feel our feet on the ground & our attention in our body. And from here, discover, oh... this is where our power resides...

And may we all come to trust the great simple moments, those richly felt times when we so fleetingly grasp what makes life so precious. Not so much when we fly free, or indeed have conquered all, but instead, when we stand still amongst it all and we realise: what a gift this life is... what a gift.
